Vasha Kanna Ivashkov was born on December 4, 2002, in Bucharest, Romania, to a life full of tradition and expectation.Her father, a member of Romanian royalty, had always wanted his children to uphold the familyโs legacy. Vasha was the youngest of four daughters, each brought up to follow strict rules of behavior, learn royal etiquette, and respect family customs.Her mother, a Japanese woman who had once dreamed of adventure and freedom, had left her homeland to marry Vasha's father.However, as the years passed, her mother found life in Romania restrictive and eventually divorced, leaving Vasha under the care of her father and his powerful family.Growing up in the Ivashkov family, Vasha felt stifled by her role. She was expected to be elegant, polite, and ready to take on family responsibilities, but her true interests lay elsewhere.She loved music and was captivated by the idea of performing on stage, dancing and singing in front of a crowd.Her father, however, strongly disapproved of her passion. He saw her dreams as foolish and unsuitable for someone of her standing.
